I have had exceptional experience working with the service department. HOWEVER... Finance- 0 stars. The finance department provided almost no information about the car loan in my closing docs. I called and left a message multiple times requesting loan information and received no call back. I'm now sorting out my loan information because the finance department used a BOGUS phone number AND email address when they submitted my info to the bank. The service given today was a 5 star. When I arrived, after a few seconds I was greeted by Tyler. He texted me to keep me updated and the scheduled equipment of the recalled part took about 1 1/2 hours. The break room was clean and stocked with refreshments for your comfort. Before leaving he checked to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Good job service department.
Moose was fantastic. He didn't make me feel pressured at all, he was knowledgeable on the vehicles and made the buying process so easy and straightforward.
