My service advisor David Was excellent.
Abysmal customer service. Contacted the sales team multiple times to get pricing information. Was informed each time that the business manager would send it shortly. Finally gave up and took my business to another dealer.
I was truly pleased with the whole experience. It is disappointing that the Chevy dealerships in my NW Florida area are resistant to adjusting their prices, yet Joe Bullard understands that competitive pricing can effectively bring in customers from not only neighboring towns but also from different states.
I stopped by the lot to look at some trucks and had a great experience with Cody. He was very helpful and I look forward to working with him in the future.
I was there promptly before the appointment. The service provider searched for my information, and upon her diagnosis, she said the battery in the sensor was dead and would need replacing. Two hours went by, and she came back stating there were other issues with the sensors, and the tech is evaluating them now. As I walked around the parking lot, I saw my vehicle in the lot and never was inside the shop that day.
