This dealership sold me a 2022 Colorado with 33k miles in October/November. It has been in the shop a total of about a month long for them to “fix” it. So far they have replaced the torque converter, catalytic converter, and entire exhaust. The truck sounds better but not great. I was greated right away. The place was clean. I got the vehicle I wanted.
Service was good and took care of all the issues. Of course I broke the first rule of never having work done at a dealership. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with $800 of work. Totally not their fault, but on me for having brakes done there. Lesson learned ( again):)
My husband & I were traveling thru Mobile when our truck started acting weird and all the light on the dash were coming on, we have only had the truck for a couple of months so we were not to up on the new technology. I looked up a Chevy dealer and when we went in we met Amy who was very professional and kind, she asked up to unhook our 5th wheel and took us right in to see what was wrong and to our surprise it was only that we needed to new batteries, we were on our way after just about 2 hours!!
