We worked with Joe to purchase our unique dream home in Napa. Joe took the time to understand our venn diagram of needs, price constraints, and nice-to-have features. He listened to us when we fell in love with a diamond in the rough and he was an amazing advocate during the negotiation process. I highly recommend Joe for all your real estate needs!

He helped us come up with different strategies to negotiate as well as set realistic expectations. Joe is the very best! Patient, generous, kind - and the quintessential professional realtor. He truly earns his money; he has gone out of his way to facilitate our needs, bent over backwards takng care of our property and responding instantly to each of our emails. Forget the rest - Joe is the best.
