(State min. wage for servers is $4.95 /hr) Not only that, they have to split 1/3 of their tips with the busser AND give a share to the bartender. Plus, youre old. Old people are notoriously bad tippers. Not all, but most. He's probably just trying to make rent. If youre out at Joe Boccardi's armed with a coupon to celebrate a birthday, id "grat" you too. What were you planning on leaving him ?
