1. order a joe beef pilsner - it's brewed for the joint. 2. ask for a tour of the garden to see where your salad comes from. 3. savor the oysters. 4. order everything with foie gras. 5. foie gras!!!

Talk about amazing Quebec bistro food! If they have the "foie gras double down" on offer, and you're feeling brave of heart, go for it. Otherwise, trust your waiter and they'll lead you well.
Sit at the bar and you'll get the most attentive service in the restaurant. Order whatever the staff tells you.
