Not a positive review. Have been to this salon once and wanted to go back to get a haircut again. I was late to my appointment by 21 minutes, I called and let them know I was running late as 405 was closed and the traffic was terrible in Bellevue and I’m driving all the way from Bothell. When I got there front desk lady told me as I was late I will only get half service and I was okay with it, she went and checked with the hair stylist and they denied me any service (All I ask is give some grace, was genuinely not aware that... read more

I highly recommend this salon, especially Nikki! Because of her, I've had some of the best haircuts I've ever gotten! Nikki is super attentive to detail and asks such thorough questions to ensure everything was perfect! I'm absolutely thrilled with how my hair has turned out!! Nikki is also so so sweet and lovely to talk to! I definitely recommend stopping by!

I can’t recommend Sarah enough! She completely transformed my hair from dull and lifeless to a stunning blonde balayage. Her attention to detail, skill with color, and awesome personality made the whole experience amazing. I felt comfortable and confident in her hands from start to finish.
