Went and looked at a 205 sl500, and Josh the salesman was great to deal with, and Joe the owner stood behind everything that we agreed to.From Joe the owner, Josh and James the lead mechanic,Joes auto was great to do business with.
Unprofessional environment, in addition to the place smells of mold, urine, and feces. The men of sales need customer service classes....multiple salesmen speak to buying customers in a condescending manner. It's unnecessary and unfortunate for the customer buying from Joe Autos...not sure how their in business...not to mention Several staff members smell of alcohol.
I had actually gone to the car lot next door this morning at 8 am to look at Mazda I seen posted on facebook. He showed me 3 cars then took me next door to this car lot and showed me the dodge neon that was on this lot. I was hesitant at first because of the amount of money, but the 2005 Dodge Neon I purchased is every bit worth it. I will always come back. And thank y'all so much for my new car!!!
Love them!! I never go anywhere else. My whole family comes here so we know both owners. They're always the cheapest & they make it really comfortable.
