Joe and Rosie needs more employees working. I love to support local businesses, but I feel disappointed every time I go here. From the time we got in line, until the time we got our sandwiches, 45 minutes passed. There was also a 15 minute gap between being given our first sandwich and our last. They also ran out of two of the items to make our sandwiches and substitutions had to be made. At lunch time there is often a line. Wonderful staff. They always make you feel welcome. We will miss Carly, but are very happy for her.
