Never before bought a used car from a dealer, never thought I would. Spencer @ JWA was great. Good experience all the way around. Helped that they happened to just get in the exact model, year, color, upgrades that I was looking for, in pristine condition and very low miles.
We really like our MDX and wanted to buy an RDX but staff cannot seem to return phone calls.
Super friendly and efficient. The waiting area is pleasant and full of drinks and cookies.

Took my boyfriend’s and my Volkswagens in for service at Jody’s. Service here is always great. I pass the VW dealer to see Ryan, Tom, Matt, and Pat. I love the switch to Polo shirts. They look so classy. Keep up the good work!
I came in with my 04 TL having a rough idle and little to no power to accelerate and it was hell not being to use my favorite vehicle and after having it Parked for weeks these guys had me ready to go in hours and great service, they even washed my car that was something I did not expect! Thanks guys!
After what they did with Rex I will never shop there again. I have bought at least 15 Acura’s from Rex. He is the only person worth anything there. They have the absolute worst service department ever. Totally incompetent. Totally. Do not go here. Do yourself a favor. Follow Rex. I have for 40 years
