I would rate a zero if possible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take their kids here. They claim it is best for parents not to come back with their child, and that they would come and get me if my daughter became uncomfortable, they didn't. When the assistant brought my daughter out to the car, my daughter started crying & saying how mean they are!! She said the dentist jerked her chin & told her to be quiet. Jodi Finazzo shouldn't be in business. By the reviews on Google as well, this is a common thing...
