Jody has helped me sell properties, purchase properties, and even commercial properties. She has always been extremely professional and helpful, even when transactions fell apart she was always positive and never acted disappointed with me. In my opinion she is the best there is and all other realtors should strive to be as good as Jody is. I will use her for all my real estate needs.
We met with Jody in 2017 when she sold my grandpa in laws home. She’s since sold my parents home helped with their new home, represented us on our property and now commercial. She is nothing but professional and personable. She’s great at communicating where we’re at in the process. Working with her is a wonderful experience!
Jody recently was the representative in the selling our family home. The communication was dismal even after I requested more information. After drastically reducing the sale price she sold the home to her own buyer and thus collected both commissions, a practice that is illegal in some states.
Jody Anderson represents the best in what I think a realtor should be. Always professional and on the ball, with a sincere interest in taking care of her customers and in finding that right house!
