The Italian ice flavors we choose were good... Root Beer, Pina Colada and Green Apple. I have to admit I was reluctant to try this for the first time, as the young lady who was scooping our ice, looked very disheveled with no hair net or hat to cover her long hair. She didn’t put gloves on either. You should also invest in uniforms for your team as when she bent over to prepare our order her rear end was exposed due to her pants being too small. The young man at the register was informative and very professional.

Hi Anika Yes. We have invested lots of money in uniforms and hats, which they are supposed to wear. We are considering making them wear name tags, so customers can let us know who gave them good service, and who is not following procedures, when we are not around to see. We are really striving to get everyone on board with our policies. Well came a long way to get some Italian ice. Get about 3 bites into mine and find a hair right on top. Take it back to the counter and the young guy seems surprised that I want my money back. No apology no nothing. He has to ask someone else how to give a refund. Meanwhile another guy comes in with a sandwich and he’s returning it cause as soon as he opened it there was a hair on it. Obviously, this is an extremely rare occurrence, but we should have demonstrated more empathy and handled things better...I recently had a similar situation at a restaurant, so I personally sympathize with your feelings.
