Texas Family Eyecare was great. Dr.West and her staff are very professional and friendly. This was my first time to visit her and I will continue to go see her. She took the time to talk with me in detail about my options for my contacts. I had a great experience.
Dr.West is an awesome Optometrist. She is very friendly. The staff goes out of the way to help in selecting frames to fit your face and to make sure they are stylish too. Did not know getting new frames would be such FUN!!!!!!
The staff is rude and very poor customer service. I will never return.
