I had a A personal retreat with Jodie and it was a very beautiful experience. I went into it with some body issues that I wanted to work on. Jodie was a wonderful facilitator and helped me work through some of the things I’ve struggled with most of my life. I had the benefit of receiving a personal retreat with Jodie. I was really blown away. Jodie has the ability to hold boundaries and be professional, but at the same time, was so open hearted and connected. She holds a container where I felt such safety, I was able to really let go and do some inner work. Jodie is so intentional about everything that she does. She is so compassionate and wise. I can't wait to work with her again, and I highly recommend her!
