Great professional, very attentive and enlightening. Pleasant atmosphere with fast service. Reception with great employees. They speak Spanish. They use a translator in the consultation if necessary.
Being first-time parents, my husband and I were very anxious about finding the right pediatrician for our baby. We stumbled across Charlotte Pediatrics and took a chance on scheduling with Dr. Prosser. Needless to say, we are SO happy we took that chance. Dr. Prosser is the sweetest person ever and makes my husband and I feel so at ease and comfortable when caring for our baby boy. We love Dr. Prosser and Charlotte Pediatrics so much and would recommend her to anyone!
Dr. Prosser is the absolute best pediatrician around!! She always goes the extra mile in taking time with my children and attending to every need. She’s given the highest level of care to both of my boys for the last 16 years…we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
