Dr. Labowitz is by far the most unprofessional doctor that I have ever had. She is very rude to her paitents, and she does not take the time to diagnose properly. Another doctor told me she was not the best, but I went to her because I wanted a female doctor for my issue. I think that’s the only reason she has any patients. I will never go to her again. I made another appointment with male doctor in the area who has almost all 5 star reviews.

It took over a month to get an appointment but it was worth the weight. Dr. Labowitz took the time to listen to my issues and immediately scheduled me for necessary procedures. Her assistant (Becci) was excellent. She explained in depth how the process worked.

I went to Dr Labowitsz due to chronic cough and acid reflux. I had to beg for her for 2 yrs to do any kind of testing. When I had a Esophogeal monometry test done when she got the results all she could say was WOW!!! I failed the test and instead of offering further testing for dismotility of the esophagus she referred me to rheumatologist. After doing my own research and see my pulmonologist I realized she should of scheduled me for further testing and could have started me on medications

I saw her years ago so decided to go back to her even though I couldn't get in for 6 weeks. I asked to be put on a call cancellation list and several days later got a call for an earlier appt. I was asked to arrive at 2:45 for a 3:00 appt. I arrived at 2:30 but was not taken back until 3:40. By 4:00, still no sign of Dr. Labowitz and no explanation. I left. I am not sure why doctors think their time is more important than ours. At least a courtesy explanation would have been nice.
