My recent visit was a routine 6 month follow up visit which I have been doing since 2007 after diagnosis of atrial fibrillation of my heart. In 2012 Dr. Hurwitz performed surgical ablation with RF signals in the hope of correcting the electro-physiology problem. This was not successful but flecainide medication continued to work well for me and controls the AFib effects. Dr. Hurwitz saved my life by persueding me to have a pacemaker placed in my chest to restore my proper heart rhythm. The procedure was successful. Dr. Hurwitz is a very experienced and knowledgeable Cardiac Electrophysiological physician.
