Jodi went over and above the job of realtor. We were able to go ahead and move out of state, leaving things in her capable hands. She took care of scheduling and overseeing all needed repairs. Her referrals for contractors were excellent. We definitely felt taken care of - even from several states away.
Jodi was a pleasure to work with. She understood all our needs and kept everything on track for us to sell our home. It took a few contracts, but she stuck with us and we were able to find the perfect buyer for our home. She is a true professional and really knows her stuff. I am not sure I have enough words to say how great Jodi was getting our house sold. She certainly understands how to make a house stand out and get sold. While she suggested a lot of things to do to get our house ready, she also provides a lot of services to make sure the house shows as best as it can. Even in a slow market we had multiple offers within 24 hours of being on the market and the house sold over our sale price. If you want a great agent go see Jodi!
