We were so blessed to find Jodi Rae on a Saturday afternoon in the Province Community of Maricopa, Arizona. My husband and I had looked in this particular community when they were building 5 years ago. We were vacationing again in Arizona and wanted to look at some properties. We arrived at a home to view, at our scheduled appointment time. As we were approaching the driveway to the property, Jodi & her clients arrived, literally leaping out of their vehicle & sprinting up the driveway & entered the home & taking our scheduled appointment (when, in fact theirs was an hour later). In our opinion, this behavior was totally rude & unprofessional. Jodi & her clients showed no respect or consideration for us & our agent.
Jodi went over and above the job of realtor. We were able to go ahead and move out of state, leaving things in her capable hands. She took care of scheduling and overseeing all needed repairs. Her referrals for contractors were excellent. We definitely felt taken care of - even from several states away.
Jodi was a pleasure to work with. She understood all our needs and kept everything on track for us to sell our home. It took a few contracts, but she stuck with us and we were able to find the perfect buyer for our home. She is a true professional and really knows her stuff. I would recommend Jodi to everyone I know.
We would refer Ms. Jodi to the entire world if we could. There is not enough space here for me to write about how amazing this woman is.
