Jodi is awesome! She is very personable, readily available to answer inquiries by emails/texts and she is very patient. She provides solid service and valuable input without pushing or rushing you into a decision.
Responsive and understanding. Jodi was able to get us into our new home despite several obstacles. It felt like we were her only client. She’s the best! She was available for us anytime we needed her! In the evenings even!
Jody is an outstanding realtor. I have worked with several realtors in the past five years and Jody stands out. I have an environmental illness which requires my realtor to go beyond the usual steps in understanding my needs. Other realtors have avoiding the extra work this requires and Jody did not.
Jodi recently helped us find an amazing rental home within our budget and in a great neighborhood! She was very easy to work with, is very prompt in her communications, and showed us some great listings all while navigating the process, whether it be with the homeowner or the homeowner's agent, asking them questions we didn't even think to ask.
