If I could, I would have her removed from Google and have her credentials taken away for good. The store staff are extremely shady and just want to make a sale. I clearly heard Jodi say to my fiancé that she had astigmatism. My fiancé wanted color lenses and Air Optix Colors don’t come for astigmatism. do not come here if your insurance doesn’t cover a contact lens exam! in the past i have been to offices where if the contact lenses weren’t covered, they would just charge the difference. dr clark told me they used to do that but not anymore— now if you want a contact lens exam you have to pay the full amount separately, which is $90. it seems like a lot when the insurance does cover the basic exam and they can still bill them for that. the lenses that were covered by insurance were also not great but that’s to be expected.... read more
