The team at Jodi Rentals is very unprofessional and difficult to work with. I strongly recommend against renting with them. I alerted them to a problem in the building a week and a half ago. I have contacted them several times since and received no response... it appears their strategy is to wait for problems to go away rather than deal with them.
Last weekend my partner and I viewed a rental property by Chris Woon (2371 16th AVE). He was very unprofessional when we asked how the application process worked and how long the lease was for. He began to ask us what our credit score was, what we did for work, and how much we made. We asked about the process not to be screened at a showing with other viewers in the house. Please don't do business with this conpany. If Stacy is a reflection of this company than they are liars, unprofessional and only caters to one group of people. Its funny how the rest of my review was deleted. Everything the owner of this company said is a lie and of course would defend their employee. Lets see how they defend her when the legal papers that are being served next week.
