Hired to aerate my lawn. Extensive damage to my lawn. Sent emails asking to speak to a manager. Was never contacted. Someone showed up and scattered seed in some areas.
JoCo Lawn activated the sprinkler systems in our neighborhood too early. Backflows burst with freezing weather. JoCo Lawn would not accept responsibility. We engaged another company to do the repair. They said JoCo Lawn should have completed the repair without question. I agree. I would strongly encourage avoiding JoCo Lawn.

This company is nothing but a joke. I purchased a deal to bury my sump pump on June 11th, 2016 and still have not seen any work done. I tried to schedule them to meet me in person to talk about my purchase and they pretty much refused and is completely unwilling to accommodate my work schedule to provide the solution I paid for.
