Just got off the phone with schedule did not want an appointment here no offense I work in the medical field every office has access to avality uh cms and other ways to see a patients insurance and the appointment wasn’t for me it was for my son we have different insurances yet she wanted mine before my sons insurance he doesn’t have 2 he has his own with a different member ID number and yes I have work in scheduling before and I would never treat a new patient that way disgusting behavior
