I have had a wonderful experience at Jochen, everyone on the team is really kind and helpful. The location and atmosphere are great, easy to park and the office is really nice. Dr. Matt has been so great at helping me with my back pain, he always explains everything and offers a lot of education along the way which I really appreciate and just a few weeks in I started feeling a lot of improvement. This review is just about their rates, not their service. I called to see their rates for chiropractic and if you are cash pay, whoa! It's $325 for the initial visit and $160 thereafter. I am in shock. What has happened to the field of chiropractic?? Do people realize that cash paying people are still paying tons each month for health insurance but don't have chiro benefits? Dr. Jochen and his team are absolutely top notch. Everyone is kind, attentive, and extremely good at what they do. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I’ve had excellent experience at Jochen Chiropractic. From the moment I walk in, the staff is consistently efficient and welcoming. The receptionist greets me by name without needing a reminder, and I’m promptly escorted to a treatment room each visit. The assistants are well-organized and professional, quickly setting up the electric stimulation, hot packs, and heat lamp to begin my session.
