Not recommended. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was poor enough to warrant one. This office comes across as modern and high end but the dental care is severely lacking. They didn't listen- THE key component in quality and caring healthcare. I was in pain and explained the crown they made simply did not feel right and caused a dull pain. I went back in 3 times for them to file and work on it to no avail. They wanted to charge me to redo a crown they clearly didn't get right. My next dentist actually took a look and... read more

I started seeing Dr. Spaulding when she was still Dr. Pechera. She's a nice enough person, BUT.. she has always had two MAJOR problems working against her. #1) Problems with the billing part of her practice: I've had a "contest of will" going on now for maybe a decade, but getting exponentially worse the past three or four years due to almost $200 in charges that she simply cannot explain - but she won't write them off either.
