I took my friend who has Multiple Sclerosis,(who can hardly walk, uses a wheel chair to get around )to a follow up appointment with Dr Fitzgerald. My friend and I were put in an exam room and she was told to take down panties for a shot to be given into her bladder. We were told the doctor would be right in. 1 hour and 15 minutes later the doctor entered the exam room with no explanation of why we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes with no explanation from anyone of what was going on. I have known Dr Jocelyn Jane Fitzgerald for 3 years and she and her urogyne fellows has been giving me better quality with pelvic floor muscle injections procedure every 3 months. Her Physician Assistant Beth Klump and Lauren Kunkle and other still does monthly ptns treatment for bladder incontinence issues. She is very smart and popular Urogynecology surgeon that goes above and beyond for great physician patient relationship. Dr. Jocelyn Fitzgerald, left me sitting in the exam room undressed for 1 hour 15 plus minutes before I got dressed and walked out. Never showed concern about my medical attention, never called . Very unprofessional . They want their co pay before seeing you, then you have to wait for a refund for no service. Save your time , go elsewhere.
Great doctor, But aftercare has been a nightmare. Surgery in March and haven't been able to get an appointment for a problem that came up after my post op visit. Been on waiting list and unable to book appointment til next year and books aren't open for that yet. So I have to obtain another doctor to solve problem from someone else's surgery.
