I made an appointment at Dr. Lieb’s office and the pre-visit paperwork included two provisions – the office would charge me $50 if a) I arrived more than 15 minutes late for any appointment, or b) I called to change or cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the time. I refused to sign the statements, and they would not let me see the doctor as a result. All patients must approve these provisions. I can’t even get past the incredibly rude Cathy to even make an appointment. Not worth my time.
I had one visit to this office and I will never go back. I'd like to share some facts about my experience in hopes to educate others before they decide to visit this office. 1. Booking an appointment was a hassle, no one at the office regularly answers the phone and it is near impossible to get someone to call you back. 2. So disappointed...spent $150 on a consult which was a 15 minute sales pitch. The doctor examined my face for a total of 20 seconds. Compared prices of treatment suggested with other dermatologists and this was by far the most expensive.
RecommendedI followed Dr. Lieb from her previous practice and was fortunate enough to meet Annie. Yesterday, she not only waited for me after I totally forgot our appointment (which had to be her last of the day) she was kind, took her time, made both myself and my daughter laugh and was just all around wonderful. It’s rare you go to a medical office and are fully confident in each professional you meet but that it was you will find at this office. Simply the best!
Skin and Laser Center of NJ has restored my faith in healthcare. After switching from a dermatology group that felt more like a business, I feel confident and at ease knowing the staff of SLC of NJ have my best interests in mind. The two woman at the front desk were more than helpful and Ann Marie (PA) took her time to explain everything in detail.
Dr Lieb has been my Dermatologist for the last few years. The improvement in my skin has been amazing! Her staff is wonderful and very patient. They are always happy to answer your questions. I highly recommend Skin and Laser Center of NJ.
