She’s got to be the most caring doctor. She listens and hears what you have to say about your treatment, I feel she knows her patients because of this. The only problem with Dr. Skinner is that she’s hard to get into for an appointment I personally have waited a month to a month and a half. I just got to see her within a week because she had a cancellation.
Doctor Skinner is the caring, old fashioned, perfect family Doctor, who is your 24/7/365 type of Doctor. She relaxes by being the Homedale TROJANS sideline Doctor! She's a Mother, wife, friend, community Doctor who has a big heart and smile every day in everything she does!

Dr Skinner cares for her patients, listens to what you say. She has been my physician since her residency. I have recommended her to several people, family & friends.

Very easy to talk to and explains each question thoroughly.
She stays on top of her patients treatment and if they need further testing she gets it ordered and wants no time getting them referred out to specialist if they need it and she makes sure her patients come in or their routine checkup.
