Terrible customer interaction!!!!! I will start by saying I usually only do reviews if they are good. As a matter of fact, I enjoy sharing good experiences and referring good people. I bet most people do because if it is a bad experience they don't want to waste their time re-telling it and having to deal with backlash. Most websites are good at getting people to share their good experiences. Some people are a bit over inflated due to this model. They are helpful in choosing the proper plants for your specific project. Their work is excellent. They show up on time. They clean up the area when they are done. Joy is a pleasure to work with. She answers questions promptly and clearly.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Lovely plan drawn and executed with some extras added at no additional cost. When I complained about one of the trees (before planting) it was changed out and replaced.
Planted a lot of past season plants that never bloomed.
Jobes Landscaping is a very professional and helpful landscaping business. I needed help in selecting plants that would thrive in shaded areas and they were very knowledgeable. Workers were efficient and did a great job. I am really enjoying the new plants/bushes and would highly recommend Jobes for others looking for a professional and lovely landscaping job.
The owner, Joy, could not have been more caring or understanding of our lack of knowledge of plants. She listened to what we thought we wanted and returned with a picture of what she understood us to say and it was beyond our expectations. We would gladly have her return to do more work on our property and highly recommend her to all.
My neighbor was so impressed by the proposal and work to be done that she will be calling Jobe's landscape to get her own proposal and work quotes.
