Great customer service on our order. Jobbersinc had all the parts I was searching for and supplied my international order without delay. The owner Mark, goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. A plus!
I just had the pleasure to speak with Mark, the owner of Jobbersinc. He was extremely helpful with the issue I'm having with our Hercules engine. He didn't try to sell me anything but offered his knowledge which was priceless. Thank you for your help kind sir.
Just a regular Joe in the UK who needed advice...so reached out on a whim and a prayer over the pond....I got a response from Mark before the ink on the email was even dry!! Now that's service!! Thank you!!
Called for an old American Bosch part. They didn't have it, but Mark took the time to talk to me and helped me figure out the problem. It's not often you get this kind of customer service and it was greatly appreciated. Thanks Mark!
