Completely unprofessional experience. A trailer was parked in a way that blocked me in, preventing me from leaving. When I contacted the corporate office, they initially had no record of the situation and required me to verify my location before reaching out to their team. It ultimately took over an hour for the trailer to be moved. Additionally, the workers on-site were not truthful about the timeline—they assured me the work would be completed by a certain time, which did not happen. Gotta say the guy in the red truck drives and parks like a total clown. I see I’m not the only one with this comment.
The person that drives a red pick up truck with the company name on it drives like a total maniac! Cut me off on a very busy high way during rush hour while I have 8 month old twins in my car.
