Completely unprofessional experience. A trailer was parked in a way that blocked me in, preventing me from leaving. When I contacted the corporate office, they initially had no record of the situation and required me to verify my location before reaching out to their team. It ultimately took over an hour for the trailer to be moved. Additionally, the workers on-site were not truthful about the timeline—they assured me the work would be completed by a certain time, which did not happen.
