I truly hate to write this because this jeweler has been my wife’s go-to for years--for repairs, for trusted advice, and they've always treated her and my family with kindness. That's why it's so hard for me to say I'm extremely disappointed today as I walked pass the shop. Over the years, she brought her engagement ring in multiple times for diamond replacements.
