Dr Chan is an excellent doctor. She does all necessary testing, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. The appointments are never rushed. Would highly recommend her.
I had originally came to Horizons to see another doctor, but one day she was unavailable, and Dr Chan impressed me to the point where I made her my primary doctor. Despite how obviously busy she is, I did not feel like a number on a chart to be processed. She does not hesitate to answer my direct questions, speaks to me in a personable and professional manner, and even goes above and beyond to help me with any prescriptions and lab work I may need. I highly recommend Dr. Chan as a truly caring and knowledgeable doctor!
He cleared me for uterine cancer but insisted I come back for an MRI and a biopsy. Totally unnecessary. A man after his own selfish agenda which includes soaking you for every last cent! Extremely rude and condescending too. I will not be returning for another appointment. I'd rather pay an out of pocket fee to my original doctor then go see Dr. Joanow who takes my insurance. Likes to showboat his impressive medical credentials yet has zero bedside manner. Don't go to him.

First visit to Dr. Klein, since I needed a new PCP. The appointment was easy to setup, office waiting area very clean and comfortable, waiting time was less than five minutes, staff was very nice and helpful and Dr. Klein was friendly and informative.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Aro’s for 20 years! Wonderful doctor with the most amazing bedside manner. Treats you like family and explains things in great detail. Very smart and comforting doctor. He is worth the wait! Can’t say enough-

I dont understand why this Dr. does not seem to have any review. I know Dr. Klein for many years, he is BY FAR, the only Dr. that I trust 200%.
Knowledgeable , caring and considerate of his patients! Best Dr I have encountered in a long time. Calls you personally with test results, discusses them and listens to all your questions.
