WOW! I had almost sworn off ordering flowers over the phone (long distance), but Joanns has restored my faith in the floral industry. Not only were they suuuper courteous, I was able to speak directly with the florist and discuss what was in season and what would look nice. I have very little knowledge about flowers, and Michelle gave me some great mental pictures of what they could do for me. I offered my budget, and Michelle gave me some amazing ideas. Thank you so much for helping my family out with the beautiful basket for my Uncle's visitation this evening!!!The flowers were amazing and my cousin and her family loved them!!! Her husband said they were beautiful and they smelled good too!!! We really do appreciate what you did and will come back to you with our floral needs!!!
