What can I say about Joanne Trattoria. Well first, the service was impeccable! We had a 7 o'clock reservation and there was so much traffic in the city last night that we didn't arrive til 730 and needed to be at a show at 830. We were seated, and soon after that we had our drinks and appetizer. Our waitress was so nice and gracious to get our food order in a timely fashion to the point where it was quick but didn't have that feeling like we were being rushed. The food was amazing! As a New Yorker who now lives in LA I came home and brought my friends to experience NY ITALIAN and you guys did not disappoint. It was amazing and the service beyond kind and helpful!
The staff is what creates such a great experience. We made a reservation but was not seated right on time. To me, this isn't a huge deal. The staff there was more than accommodating and appreciative of our business. To add to that, the good, desserts and drinks are great.
Pork ragu, stuffed mushrooms, spinach & artichoke dip were all phenomenal. We will definitely be back!
Excellent food and friendly atmosphere!. Had the meatball hero and it reminded me of my Mothers sauce and meatballs. Heading to Amazon to buy the cookbook.
