Wonderful experience. Excellent Italian food. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff.
The food on the menu was good..but the menu was too pizzeria style for me....I had the eggplant parm..It was tasty....but thats an old staple you can get anywhere. I would like to see a few imaginative signature dishes on the menu. The atmosphere was a little too casual for me. I would like the waitresses dressed more professional...not in combat boots ...and black wife beaters...It made me feel like I was in the seedy part of the village instead of uptown. We had a 5:30 reservation and part of our party was delayed. The wait staff was very nice and kept plenty of water coming. We ordered lasagna and it was excellent!! I felt like the prices were comparable to any other place in the city. We didn't see Lady Gaga, but really enjoyed the atmosphere and the quality of food!! I would definitely go back next time we are here!

The executive chef was very kind. I ordered a Cesar salad add chicken. The chicken was very dry, no seasoning. The Cesar dressing tasted like pure vinegar. I tried to add salt to my chicken to season it, and it was so old the salt was stuck to the inside of the salt shaker. I asked my waitress for fresh salt, she never brought it. amazing wine, meatballs, and atmosphere, real homey feel. Love it can't wait to come back when I'm in NY again thank god my daughter is a huge Gaga fan and made us come

Drove 4 hours from Virginia so worth it. Service was great. Food was amazing.
