While I believe Joanne is a good and kind person she is also part of a machine. Turning out appointments in ten minute increments with little to no conversation. I thought she was someone I could trust, I learned differently
I've been going to Valeo Behavioral Health in Point Pleasant NJ for about a year now, and this is by far the best office I've gone to so far. With zero notice my previous doctor decided he wasn't prescribing my medication anymore, and I had 1 month to find a new office to go to, otherwise I would be out of medication. BEWARE: JoAnne Piaggio is NOT OF SOUND MIND. She and I and my partner would come to an agreement on a treatment plan during our appointments and EVERY SINGLE MONTH something that was said in an appointment wasn’t fulfilled leading me to have to call insurance companies and the pharmacy multiple times, causing me to jumping through hoops and bounds, stressing me out just to get regular medications filled (antidepressants etc,) She says one thing yet does another and then places blame on the patient.
