I can't say I've been able to see Dr. Keenan due to her incompetent office staff. I was not able to attend my initial appointment due to a conflict with my work schedule, but gave plenty of notice. I called and gave more than 24 hour notice. I then called back more than a few times and was given different excuses as to why they couldn't schedule me (apparently they don't take calls after 12 and their answering service can't schedule or take messages).
