Dr. Azer is a thorough professional. Having been with Kaiser for many years, I am beyond impressed with how thoughtful and efficient she is. First, she listens. She takes time to understand your issues and responds to each. Second, she is incredibly timely. I have never had to wait to see her, and compared to other doctors at Kaiser who make you wait 15-20 minutes, I appreciate her attention to time. Last, she is empathetic and caring. Her bedside manner is lovely, and she puts you at ease in her office.

I've had only 2 experiences with her. Both being unpleasant, unfortunately. Anytime I mentioned a concern she completely dismissed it and didn't care to even ask simple follow up questions. I felt she judged me the whole time and didn't do anything to look into my concerns. I've worked with other doctors in the past who will address your questions and concerns sincerely. After my first bad experience I thought I'd give it another shot, but I was once again met with a dismissive and passive aggressive attitude.
Fantastic Doctor, great experience. She was very attentive and helpful.
