Joanne was the perfect realtor for helping me buy my 1st house. She went above and beyond making sure the process was as seamless as she could make it for me. During walk through she helped advocate for me for issues that needed to be fixed on my new house. She was well organized and stay on top of everything for me. I could not recommend her enough! Joanne is hands down the best. My wife and I met with Joanne back in 2021-2022 when looking to possibly buy a house on the Space Coast. Joanne did such an unbelievably great job. She was a wonderful help. She had all the answers to our questions, was always available to confer with via phone, text, or email. She continually was on time for each showing and office meeting. She helped us through the contract and inspection process. All that was great.
