Joanne is a disrespectful agent. I'm not recommending her to anyone. We specifically asked her to follow the covid protocol when touring our house, because we have a little kid. She showed up with the buyers and completely ignored our message. They didn't wear masks and shoe coverings at all. They wore their outside shoes to walk around inside and directly stepped on our carpet. Didn't you notice a kid in the house and feel guilty about your unprofessional behavior?
