Starting with a simple Google search for a local optometrist led me to Dr. Joanne Kim and her wonderful team. Making an appointment was simple and easy. Arriving to my appointment, I was greeted and started my examination almost immediately. After my examination, I was accompanied to their array of glasses and thoroughly explained the prices and options covered by my insurance. My husband and I visited Joanne J. Kim Optometry yesterday and just like our prior visit we were met with extremely friendly office staff. Dr. Kent Chang was absolutely amazing! The entire staff were prompt, organized, kind, showed concern and made it clear they care about us as patients.
