Horrible stuff picking up phone to schedule apt . Couldn’t get apt scheduled . I have been called rude when I said I have Medicaid insurance. I was yelled that Doctor don’t take public insurance. On their page it’s shows Medicaid it’s acceptable also blue cross answer line saying they accepting Medicaid. Who ever is looking to get psychiatrist help should not be treated the way I was on phone . I tired to call back and went straight to answering machine .

I rarely write reviews, but I had to submit one for Dr. Joanna Poniatowicz. By a landslide, this is the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. She came in running late, disheveled, unapologetic and completely unprofessional for our first appointment, which was at 10AM. She spent about 5 minutes asking about my symptoms after then she reached for a prescription pad from her purse that was placed on the floor next to her.
