Joanna helped us get our home recently. As first time home buyers we had several questions and she was patient in helping us with responses. Importantly she worked with us as our partner and made sure our interests are met even while understanding the sellers perspective. Joanna is also a super connector and that made her our go to person for everything from inspection to mortgage to home insurance to contractors and handyman after our move. Joanna sold my father’s home in April. I had a number of appraisals done before hiring her and she was able to exceed them all. She went way beyond what i expected in the level of service. She handled issues with the HOA from back fines, cutting the lawn, bringing in the trash cans, and repainting the garage door to match prescribed colors.
