She is a wonderful doctor. She listens, takes into account your entire medical record and is not in a rush to see the next patient. The main receptionist has a bit of an attitude, especially if you call for a referal to see a specialist. She questions you like she knows more than the doctor or as if you are lying when you tell her Dr. Hetman told you to do something. Waiting room delays can also be caused by her talking with other staff over non-work related topics.
