JoAnn is an awesome agent. I was very anxious about selling my parents home when they moved to a seniors residence and JoAnn made the whole process go smoothly. She took the time to answer all of my questions - regardless of the time of day and kept me from stressing out over the whole process. My parents house sold quickly - despite a difficult market. Great experience working with JoAnn! She was very patient with us in our journey - she goes above and beyond! Our home search initially started in the country, and ended up with a purchase in the City - we saw numerous properties, trudged through snow storms and drove for hours, but finally ended up with our new home. Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend - 5 stars!
