Our family recently purchased a home with Joann and she met all of our expectations.We are grateful for her services.My number one concern with dealing with somebody i have never met is communication.After another agent basically put us on her back burner we stopped dealing with her and met with Joann.She was always there for us day or night and still is a family friend.True quality is hard to find these days.But you will find it with her.I promise.

We recently closed on our dream home. Even though Joann was the builders/sellers agent, she was an amazing asset to the process and to our first time home buying experience and purchase of a newly built home. Joann was very informative, very warm, always available for my questions, It felt like we were making one of the biggest purchases of our lives with a friend as well as she maintained true professionalism.
