Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Hard to get an appointment and when you do, you wait. Hard to keep MD on task, overlooks some labs. Seems very stressed because of having to keep up with the numbers game set up by hospital system she is working with. Spends more time trying to write up visit notes on the laptop computer. Missed some pretty important signs and symptoms of a serious medical problem because she did not have time to really delve into what my complaints (sent several times) were about.

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long
