Store never calls back up cashiers. Always long lines, half the time I go there, I drop the items select because the lines don't move.

Joanns appears to be weeks out from closing permanently. The place is filthy with the majority of the merchandise appearing to be from Christmas and Halloween. They are the only store around offering a full selection of fabrics so I hope they can pull it together. The staff was all friendly and helpful given the circumstances of what they have to deal with. A shame.

I really like the size of the this location and normally they have a full stock of things. I was a bit surprised to see many empty shelves; hopefully they will receive more items to stock. The service has always been good and I like the efficiency of picking up my orders. I don't need to wait in line, I just look for my order and place my order sheet in the box. Very easy and efficient. They are also very efficient and fast at cutting fabric, which I like.

Store has a lot of crafting options. Problem is it is rarely staffed well and makes getting things they have tricky. Went for an item that they have 28 in stock per the website. I need 1. Guess where it is? In a pallet around the store. And with low staff, wasn't able to get it. Ended up ordering on the site and will be notified when it's unpacked. I don't blame the staff, they are doing the best they can. I blame the corporations. Revised to a 2. My order of 1 out of 28 that they had in stock got canceled after a few days.
