This place is the greatest place around. Short lines, clean bathrooms, clean sales floor,absolutely no boxes in sight. Customer service is amazing. Look for Gertrude for help. She will get you in and out in no time despite being 90 years old at the youngest. Everything was in stock that anyone could possibly need. I give them a 10+++++! Keep up the great work !
Store never calls back up cashiers. Always long lines, half the time I go there, I drop the items select because the lines don't move.
Joanns appears to be weeks out from closing permanently. The place is filthy with the majority of the merchandise appearing to be from Christmas and Halloween. They are the only store around offering a full selection of fabrics so I hope they can pull it together. The staff was all friendly and helpful given the circumstances of what they have to deal with. A shame.
