One of the most beautiful nicest Dentist I have seen moving to Jackson. Explains everything and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. My experience with her been one of best!! I been dealing with my mouth long night, so thanks to you Dr. Dockins for giving me my Beautiful smile back!!!:) Ms. Pilcher:)

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

No, there was no annoying music Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail
