I had to come back to your offices today pto write my moms name on the stool sample vial (it was on the bag); I suggested to the front office staff that they should perhaps do their patients a service and ask or check if the patients name is on the vial. I was told the lab is a separate company, which seemed to indicate a IT’S NOT MY PROBLEM attitude.
